Jason C. Waron plays the role of Simon Helder, Herbert's closest friend and fellow doctor. Jay is a talented actor and a co-founder of the theater group Tangent Wagon Productions.

James Hoban plays Robert Leavitt, an unfortunate door-to-door salesman. James is an accomplished Shakespearean actor with both acting and directing credits to his name.

Amanda Huotari plays Simon's younger sister. Amanda studied at the Celebration Barn Mime Theater and has worked in theater in New England for over 15 years.

Dan Harrod, star of Nyarlathotep returns in a cameo as the horribly burned Mr. Sutton.

Sherry Whitemore plays one of Dr. West's patients, a young amputee. She works for social services and the Portland Press Herald, and has a background in modelling.

Megan Holden plays a prostitute in a pivotal scene in the film. Megan is a full time art student and would like to make it clear she is not actually a hooker.

Morgan Maurer plays a college student at the Arkham Train Station. He is a graduate of the Maine College of Art.

DJ Laree Love cameos as Leather Apron, the unscrupulous coroner who supplies Dr. West with his cadavers.

Celina Duzois plays Mr. Sutton's private nurse. Celina is a nursing major at the University of Souther Maine.
